General provisions

This legal announcement contains conditions for the use (hereinafter only conditions) for the use of the web page PolakWeb (hereinafter only web page). These conditions affect each visitor to the site who has not been previously aware of such conditions so that they are notified such conditions take effect before the use of this web page. Should a dispute arisen in relation to the use of the PolakWeb or in relation to the present conditions be filed with a court other than a court of the Czech Republic, such dispute will be referred to a court in the Czech Republic and resolved by it.
